Jeffrey Goodman, Saltz Mongeluzzi partner, is widely considered one of America’s most innovative trial lawyers. Bob Mongeluzzi, founding partner of Saltz Mongeluzzi, is renowned in the world of personal injury litigation. As head of Saltz Mongeluzzi’s sexual abuse litigation practice, Kristen pursues perpetrators of abuse and shines a light on some of the darkest topics in our nation, from sexual abuse of children to widespread abuse of power by influential people and organizations. David A. Straite, CIPP/US
David Straite is a certified information privacy professional and is one of the nation’s leading advocates for the recognition of property rights in personal data. The National Law Journal named David a 2022 Plaintiffs’ Trailblazer for his work in the landmark Facebook Internet Tracking Litigation, which settled for $90 million in February 2022, and the Google RTB Consumer Privacy Litigation, which recognized that copying sensitive data is larceny and has a projected value of more than $1 billion.
